Refund Policy
If something isn't right with your Ember & Co order, we'll make it right — usually without asking for the item back.
30-Day Refund Window
Email samjkap@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For most items, we'll issue a full refund and you keep the product. No return shipping required.
For higher-value items ($100 or more) or quantity orders, we may request the item be returned. If so, we'll send a prepaid return label.
Damaged or Defective
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You don't need to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
Email us. We'll ship the correct item free of charge and you keep the original.
Refund Timing
Refunds appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used candles, wax melts, or fragrance products (hygiene)
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items (marked as such on the product page)
- Custom or personalized orders
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we confirmed it, check with your bank first. If you've done that and still haven't received it, email us at samjkap@gmail.com.
