Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping

Every order ships free within the continental United States. No order minimum.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order arrives in 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. International shipping coming soon. Email samjkap@gmail.com to be notified when it launches.

Shipping Address Changes

We can change a shipping address only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email samjkap@gmail.com immediately if you need to update the address. Once shipped, we can't reroute.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email samjkap@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
